Courier flower arrangements will be delivered next day to mainland UK for all orders made by 4pm. The freshness of the flowers is guaranteed, however we’re sorry that delivery exceptions apply to Scottish Highlands, islands and the other remote areas. See courier delivery table below for more details.
You will be able to book a delivery date up to one month in advance during the checkout process.
Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between 8.30am - 7.00pm (except Bank Holidays). Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively, except on Saturday 13th March when flowers will be delivered the next day, Mothering Sunday, if orders are placed by 1pm.
Postal bouquets (Sweetheart Roses and Pink Sugarbush) are delivered by Royal Mail First Class service and will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days of your order.
All flowers are packed fresh and delivered in bud for maximum vase life in your home. So, if the flower heads appear closed on arrival this will be because they are yet to flower, rather than that the flowers have finished. Please follow the care instructions carefully to ensure maximum flower life.
Flowers are delivered with a gift card containing a personal message, in clear cellophane, carefully tied with natural raffia. The flowers will arrive in a fully recyclable FLOWE(RED)™ box.
If you're sending flowers to a friend or relative who is unwell, please check with the hospital before ordering and include their name and ward on the delivery details.
Currently, the FLOWE(RED) service is only available within the UK.
