The aim of FLOWE(RED)™ is to provide you with beautiful, ethically-sourced flowers, which, if cared for appropriately, will stay fresh for a 5 DAYS MINIMUM.

All the flower arrangements are hand crafted by in-house florists. FLOWE(RED) does not pass on any orders to other florists, which means we can offer better value and, more importantly, check every order to guarantee the content and quality of all the arrangements.

Please remember that the flowers will be packed in bud to prevent damage in transit and to ensure they flower longer in your home. So, if the flower heads appear closed on arrival this will be because they are yet to flower, rather than that the flowers have finished.

Please follow the care instructions below to maintain the freshness of your flowers:

Always place flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and draughts.

• For bouquets, remove flowers from all packaging. Cut 2-3cm off each flower stem at a 45-degree angle. Place the flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. Add flower food provided. Remove any leaves below the waterline.  Add fresh water daily.

• For flowers delivered in vases containing water, top up water every 2-3days.

• For arrangements containing moss, do not add water.

• For arrangements in green oasis, check that the oasis remains damp daily and top up water accordingly.

Handle your flowers with care as lily pollen may stain and can be harmful to pets if eaten.
